December MVJ Mentorship Cocktail Hour

Join us for the December MVJ mentorship program meeting on Zoom! These once-monthly meetings are the perfect opportunity for MVJ mentees and any members interested in joining the program to connect, chat and learn from an MVJ mentor. Each session is also a place for members of the MVJ community to interact and grow together.
For this meeting, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with former MVJ Sword & Pen podcast host Lori King. For the past few years, Lori interviewed members and organization representatives at the annual MVJ conventions and aired them on MVJ’s podcast. Perhaps you’ve heard her voice or been a subject of one of the shows.
Aside from stepping down as podcast host, Lori retired from military print journalism and a retired from her position as a Toledo Blade photojournalist. She is now working in the journalism field as an editor-in-chief of a nonprofit, nonpartisan, hyperlocal online newsroom, as well as an educator and podcaster.
Bring your questions, grab a beverage and join us as we welcome Lori to the cocktail hour at 6:30 p.m. ET on Thursday, Dec. 19th.
